Walking Beside You with Presence, Compassion, and Dignity
I’m Robbin Linn, an End-of-Life Doula and meditation teacher serving Brantford, Ontario, and the surrounding area. I believe the end of life is a sacred passage—one that deserves tenderness, presence, and loving support.
Through gentle touch, deep listening, meditation, and compassionate companionship, I support people who are dying, as well as their families and loved ones, in creating space for comfort, connection, dignity, and meaningful closure.
My work is grounded in holistic support for individuals and their loved ones as they move through life’s final chapter. I offer guidance, advocacy, and steady presence through the emotional, spiritual, and physical experiences of dying, helping each person approach the end of life with dignity, autonomy, connection, and peace.
I believe death can be approached as a sacred, natural transition when care reflects each person’s story, values, and wishes. Through thoughtful planning and honest conversations, I help individuals and families prepare with courage and clarity, creating space for comfort instead of fear.
Sacred Passage End-of-Life Doula is here to support you and your family through end-of-life planning and beyond, offering calm, compassionate guidance for a meaningful and peaceful journey.
If you or someone you love is approaching the end of life, I invite you to reach out for compassionate support and a gentle conversation.

What is an End-of-Life Doula?
Families often ask:
"What exactly does an End-of-Life Doula do?"
An End-of-Life Doula provides compassionate, non-medical support before, during, and after death.
Our role complements, not replaces, the care provided by hospice, physicians, nurses, chaplains, and social workers.
We help individuals and families navigate one of life's most sacred experiences with dignity, compassion, and presence.
Families often aren't looking for someone to "fix" the situation - they're looking for someone to accompany them through it with steadiness and care.

End-of-Life Doula
Walking Beside You with Compassion, Presence and Dignity
End-of-Life Doulas, or Death Doulas, offer a growing form of compassionate support in Canada, filling gaps that traditional care may not always address. Sacred Passage Doula Care provides personalized, non-medical, client-centered support for people who are dying and for those who love them. Their role is to offer holistic, compassionate care that supports the whole person – spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and practically – while helping clients and their families navigate choices, understand end-of-life issues, and prepare for what comes next with clarity, confidence, and care.
Support can begin as soon as someone receives a life-limiting diagnosis and may continue before, during, and after death. End-of-life doulas help clients make their wishes known and honoured, organize personal affairs, improve quality of life, and feel heard, understood, and supported. They may also keep vigil during the dying process and remain afterward to support loved ones in their grief. This care is rooted in empathy, dignity, compassion, respect, and honour for each person’s spiritual beliefs, traditions, and customs.
Compassionate End-of-Life Support
When you or someone you love is facing the end of life, having the right support can bring comfort, clarity, and peace of mind. As an End-of-Life Doula, I offer compassionate, non-medical end-of-life support for individuals, families, and caregivers during this deeply personal transition.
Whether you are planning ahead, caring for a loved one, navigating a serious illness, or looking for End-of-Life Doula services, Sacred Passage End-of-Life Doula can help you feel more prepared, supported, and connected every step of the way.
Emotional and Spiritual Support
I create a safe and compassionate space for reflection, meaningful conversation, grief, hope, and the tender process of saying goodbye. This support may include quiet companionship, active listening, prayer or spiritual reflection when welcomed, and gentle encouragement as individuals and families process emotions, share memories, express fears or hopes, and find comfort during a deeply personal time.
End-of-Life Planning Guidance
I provide calm, steady support with advance care planning, family communication, comfort wishes, and important decisions when life feels uncertain. Advance care planning can include organ donation, power of attorney, and estate planning with relevant professionals. Developing departure directions, vigil plans, and funeral or memorial support is also a part of end-of-life planning.
Support for Families and Caregivers
I help loved ones feel less alone with compassionate presence, practical support, and reassurance throughout the end-of-life journey, as well as connecting clients and families with practical, emotional, and spiritual community resources. Creating family support plans for after a loved one’s death, including informal care networks and connecting loved ones with grief support, is part of the work I do.
Meaningful Legacy and Ritual Support
Personal wishes are honoured through legacy work, rituals, comfort planning, and intentional moments of connection that reflect a person’s values and life story.
You do not have to navigate serious illness, dying, grief, or end-of-life planning alone. Book a free consultation to ask questions, explore your needs, and learn how end-of-life doula services can support you or someone you love.
When you are ready, I am here to begin the conversation with care, compassion, and steady guidance.
